Initial Consultations

This being your initial meeting with us, prior to which we would have prepared a small portfolio of ideas. This meeting gives us a chance to get to know you both and to gain an understanding of your ideal theme and style for your dream wedding.

The consultation fee is deducted from your final invoice if you choose to use Belle Wedding Co-ordinators.

Full Service

The complete wedding planning package includes assistance with budget planning, ceremony and reception venue selection, invitations, design style, theme décor, liaising with vendors and suppliers, including flowers, the wedding cake and musicians. This package also includes assistance with Brides gown and accessories (inc. hair/make-up/underwear etc), Groom attire, Bridesmaids, transportation, caterers, entertainment, photography as well as marriage licensing and requirements.

This package is charged at a percentage of your total wedding budget.

Partial Service

Package 1-

Includes assistance with the selection of ceremony venue, marriage licensing, transportation, reception arrangements, and flowers for both venues (including bride's bouquet, bridesmaid's bouquet along with guest and groom button holes) décor for the reception, catering and entertainment.

This package is charged at 10% of the total budget for the above.

Package 2-

The bridal assistance package, which includes assistance with finding the bride's perfect dress, including hair and make up, underwear, bridesmaid's dresses and the Groom's attire.

This package is available from £700

On the Day Service

This service ensures everything runs smoothly for the bride and groom on the day of the wedding. For a couple who have already planned their wedding day, your co-ordinator will meet with you to go through the itinerary for the day. She will then be present on the day to ensure things run according to schedule and take care of any hiccups!

And of course with both the Full Service and Partial Service your wedding planner will be there on the day to guarantee the day runs smoothly, dealing with any problems that may arise so that you can both relax and enjoy your beautiful day.
